1. Before we break ground
Before we break ground, we review the site, scope, and risks to ensure everything is ready. This may include confirming set-out, checking services, and preparing shop drawings and material submissions where required by the project. This upfront planning supports a smooth, safe, and well-coordinated delivery.

Checks and balances along the way
Checks and balances are applied throughout the works to ensure quality and compliance. Our inspection and test plans (ITPs) set out our process to achieve quality outcomes on all projects.

3. Quality records
Quality records provide clear evidence that works have been completed in accordance with project requirements. Where required, we maintain records such as concrete strength test results, footing depth measurements, and site diary photographs. These records support compliance, traceability, and confidence in the finished works.

4. Warranty & Aftercare
Our warranty and aftercare give clients confidence long after installation is complete. We provide a 1-year warranty on all installation works, covering workmanship and defects. If issues arise, we respond promptly and take responsibility to ensure the fence continues to perform as intended.

5. Continuous Improvement
Continuous improvement is part of how we work at Civifence. We are always sharpening the axe by refining our processes and learning from each project to improve safety, quality, and delivery.
