Built on civil and infrastructure delivery experience
Civifence wasn't started by fencers who picked up project management along the way — it was started by a civil delivery professional who chose fencing as the way to apply that expertise.
Before founding Civifence, our General Manager spent over a decade delivering major civil and infrastructure projects across Victoria, including VicRoads road duplication works, level crossing removal alliances, and geotechnical and structural works worth tens of millions of dollars. That background wasn't in fencing — it was in managing the things that make infrastructure projects succeed or fail: subcontractor interfaces, contract variations, latent conditions, programming, and client relationships across complex, multi-stakeholder sites.
That's the experience behind every fence, gate and bollard we install. We don't just understand fencing — we understand how fencing scope fits into the bigger civil and commercial project around it, because we've sat on the other side of that table. It's why councils, civil contractors and tier 1 builders trust us with scope that has to interface cleanly with everything else happening on site.
